a. Ca. Check Administrator rights


· Prompt client Go to Start and search for Word and right click on it


· Choose Run as an administrator to complete the activation


b. Cb. Check if his/her signed in to office programs


· Go to Start and search for Word and click to open


· Then go to Account and to the User information, check if you are signed in


· If not, click Sign in and enter User ID (email address)


· Select Organization account


· Then, enter Office365 password and click Sign in


· Close all programs and restart PC.
