a. Check Library Settings:
· Open Internet Explorer
· Go to SharePoint site (e.g https://mycontoso.sharepoint.com)
· Enter your User Id and password and click Sign in
· Go to Settings > Choose Add an app and the Document Library
· Type the name of the app you want to add and press enter
