a. Check document size:

· Right-click on the file and click Properties

· Go to General Tab and see the size of document (maximum size to upload is 50MB)

· If it is greater than 50 MB prompt client to change the content of document and try to upload again

b. Check file name:

· Remove any unsupported characters ( \ , / , : , * , ? , " , < , > , | , # , %)

· Rename the file
