a. Check spelling using your notepad. Right-click on your desktop, go to New, and select Text Document. Then enter your password, select it, and right-click on it to choose copy. Then, paste on the password field of the login screen using Control-C on the keyboard and click sign in.
b. Check that caps-lock is off. The caps-lock key, can be found on the left side of the letter A of your keyboard. Make sure that the caps-lock light on the keyboard is off. If the light is ON, click one time the caps-lock button in order to disable it.
c. Check keyboard language. At the right bottom of the screen, you can find the language shortcut. Click on it and choose the correct language. Make sure that the English language is used.
d. In case your password includes, check num-lock. You can find it on the right side of your keyboard and make sure that the light is ON. If the light is OFF, click one time the num-lock button to enable it.
